Welcome to Emily The Vampire Slayer, my name is Emily (surprised?) & this is my personal webspace that is free for me to say as I like in. You don't agree with my ramblings? That's fine, leave. I'm not out to offend or upset anyone but, like most, I'm very opiniated... that can often get in the way of my desire to be friends with everyone I meet because I won't drop my beliefs for anyone. Well, this blog is long overdue but that does mean I have quite a lot to say. Or I should... but to be honest, it's late on a Friday night, I'm not sure how well I'll do. Basically, I have lots of new fanlistings and I've been approved for loads, especially Buffy episodes galore! Also, I have been approved for an actor out of Firefly which I've recently become addicted to; it's the guy who plays 'Shepherd' if you've watched the show (which I seriously recommend you do) - I think 'Our Mrs Reynolds' is an hilarious episode.
Oh, and the title of this blog is from the song 'Both Sides Now' by Joni Mitchell. We used to sing that in primary school and I always looked forward to it, then for years I never heard it again and the lyrics became muddled in my mind... and now, I've discovered it again. It's a really beautiful song. Um, just back to fanlistings for a second, I think I'm becoming ever so slightly more popular on the boards, I'm posting more regularly and I have some friends - yay! Haha, I'm so retarded. And I have a hatelisting too - one for Willow and Kennedy... have I mentioned this before? Maybe; anyways, I always thought Willow and Tara were made for each other, so naturally I hated Kennedy when she turned up. Thats bout it. I also found out that Jakes friend, Helena, loves Buffy... so we had this massive rant in the car which was like: "OH MY GOD, YOU REMEMBER WHEN WILLOW DID THIS AND XANDER DID THAT AND THIS JUST MADE ME CRY MY EYES OUT AND I SCREAMED WITH LAUGHTER WHEN ANYA SAID THIS..." Jake couldn't get a word in edgeways... hahaha, and before I had thought Helena was pretty annoying!
What else in my life? Steph's birthday is tomorrow, we're all meeting at Xscape at 11.00am for a buffet lunch and then we're off to the cinemas, maybe to watch House Bunny - I do rather love Anna Faris. I have bought more stuff on ebay, this is becoming a pretty common notice. Heehee. At school things are as normal as can be expected. Today my Psychology teacher ran across the desks yelling "Yesss! It's Friday, and I'm going out tonight!" and then she stumbled and tore the bottom of her trousers. We are doing Othello is English... strange thing is, the terribly tragic scene where everyone gets stabbed made us all laugh: what does this say about us? Though, I do love Othello's "Put out the light, and then put out the light" speech. Tis sehr gut.
Errmm, and guessy whatty? I had my website valued and, AND... it's worth quite a frickin lot (or so I would say as it is only a personal/blog site). I was going to include that stats on here but I've lost the URL to the site I used... shite.
Right, is that it? I can't think of much else to say about my life just now, if anything important comes to me later, I shall do an edit - kay? Last word, I have new affiliates: Sarah and Rachel.
